
Paul Sieben, FAIA, is President, CEO, Chairman and co‑founder of LeanTrak, Inc.
Paul is a registered architect in more than a dozen states and a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects (FAIA).
Prior to forming LeanTrak, Paul was one of the top five executive officers for
20 years of a multi-billion dollar public corporation with 55,000 employees. He was responsible for a variety of different business units. Paul is known on a national and international level as an innovative entrepreneur. He has
developed a number of successful businesses. He has developed, designed, and
built medical, educational, industrial, residential and institutional buildings
in 18 states.
Paul is passionate about process improvement and project execution. He has advanced
training in Lean Applications, Six Sigma and Theory of Constraints. LeanTrak
was created to provide these services to a diversified group of clients on a
global basis.
He is active as a high school Lacrosse
coach, as well as being President of his Church Parish Council. He also serves as
one of the Commissioners of the Ohio Cultural Facilities Commission (OCFC). The
OCFC has oversight of the funding, development, design, and construction of
athletic art and cultural facilities in the State of Ohio.
