Bob Wadas, PE, is Vice President and co‑founder of LeanTrak, Inc.

Bob is a registered engineer with more than 25 years of progressive experience in engineering management.

Bob has significant experience in a wide range of industrial, process and institutional areas. These areas include petroleum refineries, pipelines, specialty chemical manufacturers, float glass and glass fiber manufacturers, general manufacturing, and hospital and education facilities. His broad range of experience includes business planning, scope development, cost tracking, staffing, skills assessment and contract management.

Bob's signature strengths include process expansions and retrofits in both continuous and batch processes. His extensive field experience gives him a unique perspective on projects with limited real estate, minimal downtime and challenging schedules. Bob's mechanical and process background includes the areas of piping stress analysis, P&ID development, ASME vessel design, process piping design, HazOp studies and front-end engineering.

Bob is a graduate of the University of Toledo and is active on local public school development committees.
